Our Educators

Priya Huang
Priya Huang is an Early Childhood Educator Assistant with a deep passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning in children. She is committed to continually studying child development and early education, which enables her to create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Priya believes that every child is unique and strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to explore their curiosity. Her approach is child-centered, focusing on hands-on experiences and fostering independence, as she believes these are key to helping children build confidence and develop critical thinking skills.

Alynee Hsieh
Alynne is currently studying Early Childhood Education (ECE) at TRU and is excited to be volunteering at Bear Bears during the summer.
In this role, she assists with daily activities, supports educators, and ensures that children have a fun and safe learning environment.
Prior to her ECE studies, Alynne had a background in nursing, which provided her with valuable skills in caregiving and an understanding of children’s health and well-being. Her passion for working with young children drives her to create a positive and nurturing environment where they can grow and explore.
She believes that early childhood is a critical time for development and is dedicated to supporting each child’s unique journey. Alynne looks forward to contributing to Bear Bears daycare and learning from this experience.

Tracy Wu
Tracy Wu is a meticulous, patient, and highly professional early childhood educator with years of experience in ECE. She excels at observing and understanding the unique needs of each child, tailoring her teaching methods to support their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Tracy pays close attention to detail in her work and uses her patience and expertise to spark children’s curiosity for learning. She believes that providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment is key to fostering confidence and independence in children. With her extensive professional background and deep understanding of child development, Tracy is dedicated to offering the best possible support for every child’s growth.

Vicki Shang
Vicki Shang is a certified Early Childhood Educator with Infant-Toddler and Special Needs certificates. As the founder of BearBears Daycare, Vicki Shang understands the importance of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
Her educational philosophy is rooted in respect for each child’s individuality, with a focus on play-based learning, problem-solving, and emotional development. She believes that strong, trusting relationships between educators, children, and families are the foundation of quality early learning.
With years of experience both as an educator and a parent, Vicki Shang brings compassion, patience, and a deep commitment to helping every child grow with confidence and joy.
